This Privacy Policy explains how ROIbuild ("ROIbuild", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and platform (the "Service"). ROIbuild is a Meta Ads management tool that helps advertisers manage campaigns, build custom metrics, and run automation rules.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
01Who we are
The Service is operated by Jo'rabek Hamroyev, registered as a self-employed person with the state tax authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Romitan district, Bukhara region). For any privacy question, contact us at support@roibuild.uz.
02Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide the Service:
- Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials created when you register.
- Meta Platform data — when you connect a Meta (Facebook) advertising account, we access advertising data through the official Meta Marketing API, strictly with your authorization. This includes ad account structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads), performance insights (such as spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions), and the settings you choose to manage through ROIbuild.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as device type, browser, and actions taken in the Service, used to keep it secure and reliable.
We never see your Facebook password. You authorize ROIbuild through Meta's own secure login (OAuth). We only receive the permissions you approve, and only for the ad accounts you select.
03How we use your information
- To display your campaigns, metrics, and reports inside the Service.
- To perform the management actions and automation rules you configure (for example, adjusting budgets or pausing ad sets on your instruction).
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
We do not sell your personal information or your Meta Platform data, and we do not use it for advertising to you.
04Meta Platform data
Our use of data obtained through the Meta Marketing API follows Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use this data solely to provide the features you enable within ROIbuild. We do not transfer Meta Platform data to third parties except as required to run the Service (see below) or as required by law.
You remain in control: you can disconnect an ad account or revoke ROIbuild's access at any time through your Meta account settings. Once access is revoked, we stop accessing new data from that account.
05How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform — such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers — and only to the extent needed to operate the Service. These providers are bound to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
06Data retention & deletion
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
To request data deletion, email support@roibuild.uz from your registered address with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your personal data and stored Meta Platform data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law. You can also revoke ROIbuild's access directly from your Meta settings at any time.
07Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.
08Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
09Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@roibuild.uz.
10Children
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
