Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ROIbuild website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01The Service
ROIbuild is a Meta Ads management platform that lets advertisers view campaign performance, build custom metrics, and configure automation rules for advertising accounts they are authorized to manage. The Service connects to Meta advertising accounts through the official Meta Marketing API with your permission.
02Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@roibuild.uz if you suspect unauthorized use.
03Your responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for advertising accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and to comply with all applicable laws and with the terms and policies of Meta (including the Meta Platform Terms and Advertising Policies). You are responsible for the campaigns, budgets, and automation rules you configure and for the outcomes of the actions you instruct the Service to take.
04Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
05Third-party platforms
The Service relies on the Meta Marketing API and other third-party services. Their availability, rules, and rate limits are outside our control, and changes on their side may affect the Service. Your use of Meta's platforms remains subject to Meta's own terms.
06Fees
Where the Service is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees, billing cycles, and terms will be presented to you before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
07Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ROIbuild and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
08Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular advertising result. Advertising performance depends on many factors beyond our control.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROIbuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
10Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
